Leap of Confidence: Women Entrepreneurs rising with Sarah Janzen

In this episode, I chat with Sarah Janzen, a coach and trainer who helps professional women take the leap from traditional and stifling corporate careers to the freedom of working for herself.

Sarah understands firsthand the challenges women face when taking the leap from corporate. After over a decade of climbing the corporate ladder, she recognized a growing disparity between her values and the corporate world, and made the bold choice to leave it all behind at 35.

Nearly a decade later, Sarah is a Master Coach specializing in helping women make that same bold move - to break free of the confines of the corporate world and cages of self-doubt and fear…and follow their heart and their dreams of working for themselves.

In today’s conversation, we talk about grappling with uncertainty, fear, indecision, or the simple question of "how?". Sarah believes deeply that every woman has a unique vision waiting to be realized, and with the right vision, strategy and support, they can shape their dreams into reality.
