From Corporate VP to Digital Nomad: Live a Life You Don't Need a Vacation From with Monique Giroux

In this episode, I speak with Monique Giroux, who left her 30-year career in financial services and the not-for-profit sector after a transformative experience in Bali in 2019. She now lives a minimalist, nomadic lifestyle and is dedicated to helping clients slow down, feel calm and grounded, and reconnect with nature and themselves.

Monique is a certified Forest Therapy Guide, Reiki Master, and meditation, yoga nidra, and restorative yoga teacher. She shares her expertise through The Flourishment Collective, where she is a distance reiki practitioner, mentor, and trainer for women's retreats and new forest therapy guides. Monique is also the founder of the global community of forest therapy guides, the Forest Guide Circle, and the climate impact startup, Homes to Zero. She is currently writing a book to inspire others to live a life they don't need a vacation from.
